Deep "Base" Cleaning
Most successful residential cleaning businesses offer Deep Cleaning or Base Cleaning Services. This is usually the first-time cleaning. Base Cleaning is more costly because the cleaning requires a systematic, very detailed, thorough cleaning that can take between 3-5 days depending upon the size of the house or business.
Residential Cleaning
Once the home has received a Base Cleaning the client can work out a “regular: or “maintenance” cleaning schedule. The Cleaning Technician won’t need to spend as much time bringing the home back to its pristine of standards.
Move In/Move Out
Moving can be stressful. First, you have to make sure the home you're leaving is clean (either to get your security deposit) or to sell it. Then you must prepare your new home to make sure it is ready for move-in day. Our expert technician(s) can make sure that your new home or the one you're leaving looks spotless and sparkling with the special move-in and move-out cleaning services.
Spring/Seasonal Cleaning
Many residential clients prepare to clean at the change of seasons.
